Security and mobile device management (MDM) are key concerns for Fama Technologies. As the business doesn’t have a dedicated IT manager, day-to-day IT and security is overseen by CTO Brendten Eickstaedt:

Desktop support is not my day job and we do not have dedicated staff to cover it, but it falls under my area of responsibility. My main concerns are keeping track of our assets and making sure we have the right protections installed to keep our business secured.
